It takes a knee injury to bring a village together…

My current situation is not good. It pretty much sucks right now, although it sucks more for the wife, who has to pick up the slack while I sit like a lump on the couch and waste hours online.

I feel pretty bad about it, since I was supposed to help her out this weekend at her work. *sigh*

On a brighter note, my knee injury has brought all kinds of responses from random people on the streets of Richmond. It might be sympathy for a goofy looking guy trying his best not to fall over, or the simple fact that it takes me three times longer to do anything. Thanks Richmond for being kind to me! Kindness is not wasted on me, and I promise to pass it on as soon as I can.

Last night was fun, lots of Long Islands and Margaritas were consumed, and I forgot about my pain for once. (I swear I’ll stop with all the whining… I’m really not that big of a baby). The wife’s post about how the night went down explains our family in a nutshell. I love you family!!! Oh, and I apologize for any stress!!
